By participating in the East Coast Premier Model Search (the "Search") and/or in any of the Events taking place during the course of the Search, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. No purchase necessary

2. The Search is open to entrants (male and female) aged 16 and over who permanently reside in the UK.

3. No modelling experience is necessary - East Coast and Premier Model Management are looking for star quality and great personalities.

4. Two winners (one male, one female) will receive a one year modelling contract with Premier Model Management, as well as lunch with the grande dame of the modelling industry and star of Channel 4's The Model Agency, Carole White at a leading London restaurant.

5. Winners will also receive a VIP trip and £500 cash prize, courtesy of East Coast and Principal Hayley.

6. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older.  If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult, aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. You and your chosen guests will be responsible for travel to and from your nearest East Coast calling point.  East Coast will only provide free travel on East Coast trains.

8. Dates of travel are subject to availability.

9. The prize must be accepted as awarded.  No cash alternative is available.   Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. The promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.

11. Selected finalists will be invited to attend a judging event at a central London hotel during thew week commenciing October 3, 2011 (exact date to be confirmed).

12. The judges' decision is final.

13. The Search is not open to those who are employees, agents or representatives of East Coast, Premier Model Management or Principal Hayley and their respective advertising and promotional agencies.

14. By entering the Search, entrants consent to the use of their names, place of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by East Coast, Premier Model Management and Principal Hayley, without payment or other compensation.

15. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrants.

16. For the names and counties of residence of the prize winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope marked 'East Coast Premier Model Search' to East Coast Main Line Company Ltd, East Coast House, 25 Skeldergate, York, YO1 6DH after the winner has been selected.  No entries should be sent to this address.
